Brazil Neal, a junior at Gardena Serra High, won the girls 200-meter crown in a wind-aided 23.68 seconds at the CIF State Championships at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif. Neal also contributed to Serra winning the 4x100-meter relay in 46.08 seconds and placed runner-up in the 100-meter final in a wind-aided 11.57 seconds, as the Cavaliers captured their first team title since 2018 with 37 points.
