Brazil Neal, a senior at Serra High in California, won the Division 4 girls title in the 200 meters in a wind-legal 23.67 seconds, along with contributing to victory for the Cavaliers in the 4x100-meter relay in 45.68 seconds at the CIF Southern Section finals at Moorpark High. Neal also placed second in the 100-meter dash in a wind-legal 11.67 seconds, as Serra finished second in the Division 4 team race with 85 points.
