Rodrick Pleasant, a senior at Serra High in California, won Division 4 titles in the boys 100-meter dash and 200 meters at the CIF Southern Section finals at Moorpark High. Pleasant clocked a wind-aided 10.09 seconds for the fastest all-conditions mark in California prep history, eclipsing the 2017 wind-aided mark of 10.13 by Javelin Guidry of Vista Murrieta, in addition to improving on his wind-legal state record of 10.14 from last season.
